This series prepares expectant couples for childbirth. Topics include relaxation and breathing techniques, labor and delivery processes, epidurals, Caesarean sections and postpartum and newborn care.

Saturday class is from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Sunday class is from 1:00 – 5:30 p.m.
