Reserve a Chair
Please submit the reservation information in the form below. Our team will work with to schedule a free chair delivery and pickup based on availability to make the recovery a little more comfortable.
*Chairs are available to be reserved for 4-week periods.
*Chair delivery is available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. The day before the scheduled delivery, you will receive a two-hour window to expect the delivery, and you’ll receive a text message on the delivery day notifying you when they are on their way.
